Mimi Gross in the World

I met Mimi Gross in 2012 through her old friend Karl Wirsum. In the ensuing years I’ve been lucky enough to spend time with her artwork — some 50 years worth — and get to know her rather amazing storyl; so I wrote about Mimi’s early drawings for the February 2017 Art in America.
