The Ganzfeld 1-7

Well we actually skipped number 6, for reasons I can no longer recall. Anyway, I founded this journal/book with Tim Hodler and Patrick Smith. Patrick stayed just the one issue, Tim for two, and then I did the rest. Ben Jones co-edited the last one with me. I wrote a few things in every issue.
